Traditional farmhouse style self-catering property, approximately 145 square metres, with some low beams for your sole use. The front entrance of the house leads straight into the fully equipped kitchen with a five burner gas hob with gas oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee facilities, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board with a small step down into the rest of the ground floor area.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, sleeper couch, safety deposit box, hairdryer and an en-suite with large walk-in shower and toilet. Also on the ground floor is a small step up to bedroom two with a double bed next to bedroom three with a single bed both using a second shower room/toilet. A short steep staircase upstairs from the lounge leads to bedrooms four and five both with two single beds and a third shower room/toilet in between. The lounge/dining area has flat screen premium menu DSTV, DVD player, drinks fridge, book library and a cosy open fireplace. Outside is a large furnished ‘L’ shaped entertainment area consisting of a sunny brick paved terrace with views looking down into the valley and forest and a partially covered dining area at the kitchen/front entrance next to its own brick built braai (barbecue) facility.
