Sabi Star Chalets is nestled in a secluded valley on the banks of a sparkling mountain stream, 3km from Sabie in the heart of the Mpumulanga waterfall wonderland. Awaken to the sound of the clear mountain stream cascading from its bubbling fountain source, winding its way through tree ferns and moss to join the Sabie River on its ultimate course through the Kruger National Park.
Standard Chalets are quaint and rustic, and accommodate either two, five or six guests. The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering. Each chalet has its own private bathroom with shower and/or bath. Bath towels are not supplied in the Standard Chalets.
Executive Chalets are tastefully furnished and are equipped with bath towels, TV, a complimentary tea and coffee tray, bathroom amenities and a hairdryer. These chalets are fully equipped for self-catering.
All chalets have their own private bathroom as well as private braai area with firewood supplied. The chalets are serviced daily. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our chalets and the friendliness of our staff.
Spend the day lazing around the swimming pool, or strolling through the lush gardens along the river, enjoying the many species of bird life. There are a few interesting trails on the farm through forests and gardens and along the river edge. In the evening enjoy a peaceful braai around your camp fire. Should it be raining, you can enjoy the self-catering Boma facilities with the dry pub and communal braai areas under cover. Peaceful nature rich surroundings at Sabi Star is conducive to families spending quality time together around a bonfire next to the clear bubbling mountain stream building memories that will last a lifetime. The bunk beds can be separated and be used as two free standing single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and the bathroom has a shower and basin, with a separate toilet.
The private braai area, with free firewood is situated on the banks of the river.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with stove, fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The 6 Berth Chalets each have a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet. The braai area is directly outside the chalet and free firewood is supplied daily.
