Establishment facilities include: north-facing apartments with expansive views, sunny, glass-roofed atrium, mixed use building, offering the perfect destination for leisure or business travel, secure parking, air-conditioning, access control, free Wi-Fi, Totalstay welcome pack, 24-hour concierge and more.
Please note:
* There is no guest relations staff based at the property
* Guests are met on arrival by prior arrangement. Guests are to provide an ETA and are requested contact. Guest relations when on route to the property (30 minutes away)
* Please note that a credit card imprint in requested on arrival for any breakages. Only if the guest is not able to provide a credit card on arrival, a cash breakage deposit is required.
* ID/Passports of all guests staying is requested on arrival.
* Housekeeping staff will provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Friday and a linen and towel change every 5th day housekeeping services can be arranged for weekends and public holidays in advance at a surcharge.
* Early arrivals and late departures: These requests can only be secured in advance by booking an additional night. Otherwise, requests are only considered on the day of arrival and on the day of departure respectively. Guests to speak with our Guest Relations directly
* Late arrivals and early departures: Check in: 14:00 - 21:00. Check out: 07:00 - 10:00. Any arrivals or departures outside of the above mentioned times will be charged a fee on arrival.
* No extra beds are provided 1x baby cot per apartment available at an additional per night.
