We now boast 8 brand new executive studios, these feature all our usual features but with the added benefit of under floor heating and a safe. Our gorgeous new penthouses boasts the most beautiful view over Sunninghill and is so comfortable you might never want to leave.
Security is very important to us. The estate has electric fencing, we are in an access controlled suburb and patrolled by security vehicles and guards.

* Breakfast is from 06h45 to 09h00. Should you require lunch or dinner, please be sure to make prior arrangement.
* For the safety of our guests and ourselves we no longer accept cash for the balance payment. We will gladly take you to the bank where you can deposit the cash into our bank account, but no cash will change hands on our premises.
* Although we understand that accidents happen, we do charge the full replacement value or cost of repairs if property is damaged out of negligence.
* On request guests can ask for a stretcher/mattress to be added to their rooms at an additional cost.
* We have a laundry and dry-cleaning service, rates available on request.
