theLAB LIFESTYLE Robertson | Rosendal is a modern guest house with room automation set in the beautiful Robertson Wine Valley. Have fun controlling your room's functions through voice, on-tap beer in our infinity pool, or a massage – theLAB is the ultimate in a hi-tech, leisureful experience.
theLAB room automation system is integrated into each of our modern, minimalistic-styled rooms.
A few of the items that you can instruct theLAB to do is to : "close the blinds", "make the lights blue", "switch on the TV" - all with your voice. Our room automation and lighting systems controlled by our theLAB system is juxtaposed against the beautiful natural landscape surroundings and Cape Dutch main buildings of the estate. We have a strong eco-conscious ethos, and have installed solar panels to ensure we are carbon neutral. We encourage our guests to be inspired by an eco-conscious way of life, and offer electric scooters and bicycles for hire and a charging station free-of-charge for overnight visitors.
Conferences will be in good hands, with theHUB conference room offering a 16-seater conference table and Microsoft Hub as part of a package.
Simple rustic food can be enjoyed in our restaurant, massages in our spa, and wine tasting in the Rosendal Winery.
In-room facilities include hue lights, bath/shower/toilet, Netflix, views to die for, private patios with a view and seating area, decor of high, modern standard in all rooms, hair dryer and naturally-derived toiletries, exclusive linen, bathrobe and towel quality and air-conditioning.
