The cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout and sleeps 4 persons in 2 bedrooms, each with double bed.
The open plan lounge leads to a breakfast counter and fitted kitchen. The bathroom contains a shower and corner bath. Outside, the large patio overlooks a sparkling private pool and garden. 2 golf courses within driving distance. 5 mins walk to Franschhoek village.
Bedroom 1 overlooking the front garden, is fitted with queen bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table including hairdryer. Bedroom 2 with French doors which open onto the patio is fitted with queen bed and fitted wardrobes with dressing table. The bathroom contains a large shower and corner bath, wash basin and WC.
The kitchen area contains a cooker, hob/stove oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and is fully stocked with all utensils and crockery. French doors lead to the patio which overlooks the pool. Comfortable open plan lounge with two sofas, coffee table, bookcase, open fireplace and satellite TV and DVD player. Leads to the breakfast bar and kitchen area.
All bedlinen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental. The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Linen will be changed weekly for guests staying more than one week. An extra maid and laundry service can also be arranged.
Facilities include: iron/ironing board, room fans, private pool (for sole use of guests) and WiFi.
