No.27 is a self-catering property. Guests will have access to the whole house and garage and the extensive gardens.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, full ensuite with bath and separate shower. Bedroom two can be configured as a twin or king size bedroom. Bedroom three can be configured as a twin or king size bedroom. Luxury cotton bedding and towels provided.
Establishment facilities include: family bathroom with bath and separate shower, lounge area with leather couches and DSTV, dining area that seats 6 to 10 people, stoep with table and chairs, swimming pool and, garage – to securely store bikes or a car. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Property has an alarm with armed response.
Please note: * Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of any resident/visitor without notice for failing to comply with the houses.
* Inventory List - kindly check the list on arrival. You will be held responsible for any missing items on departure.
* All items are clean and in working order. Please leave them in the same condition, or a fee may be charged for cleaning/replacement.
* Any damage to, or breakage of, any of our property, the full sales price, estimated replacement value or repair cost will be charged. This includes lost keys or breakages not advised of on departure.
* The number of occupants is strictly limited to the number of people booked and paid for. The number of occupants is limited to the number of beds available (6 max). Children over the age of two are included in the number of occupants allowed per chalet.
* Do not use rough succourers or steel wool on baths, basins, and kitchen tops etc.
* All persons making use of this cottage and its facilities do so at their own risk. The management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property. Swimming is at your own risk.
* Children entering the swimming pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
* Unfortunately no dogs or other pets are permitted.
* Please be vigilant in ensuring your behaviour is responsible in view of fire hazards, noise, litter and general pollution (petrol, solvents, and human waste).
* Please use the bins for all refuse, litter, bottle tops, bones etc.
* Please switch off the lights and heating/air-conditioning when you're out.
