The penthouse is a modern spacious, stand alone apartment with 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Sleeps 2 adults. The penthouse is light & airy with an open plan lounge, dinning area, balcony with barbecue & the bathroom with a shower is on the same level as the lounge.
A steep stairway leads to the sleeping area upstairs with a queen size bed.
There is a large 60’’ TV with the full DSTV bouquet & free Wi-fi is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped to support a self- catering vacation.
The penthouse has aluminum pull down blinds on the exterior for extra security, shade & privacy.
Under cover parking is available in an open garage directly below the penthouse.
Pool facilities are also available.
The penthouse is serviced twice a week.
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the tenant / no visitors.
Llandudno Beach Penthouse has views overlooking Llandudno & is only a 5 minute walk to Llandudno’s pristine beach.
There is public transport which is a 5 min's walk up the public footpath which is alongside the house but hiring a vehicle is a necessary requirement to take in all the wonderful destinations that Cape Town has to offer.
Llandudno is situated on the Atlantic coastline & is a 20 minute drive to Cape Town city center & a 5 minute drive to Hout Bay which has lots of tourist attractions, shops & restaurants.
Llandudno is one of the most beautiful settings in the world, with soft white sandy beaches, turquoise blue sea and huge giant boulders jutting out into the ocean makes it an ideal destination whether on business or pleasure. Hout Bay is the closest village to Llandudno and offers a variety of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions including the world famous Chapman's Peak Drive, with incredible views of Hout Bay and Noordhoek Beach. Llandudno is 20 minutes from Cape Town, the V & A Waterfront, and Table Mountain, and 40 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
