The location is in the quiet secure part of the City Bowl of Cape Town, called Vredehoek, which is 10 minutes drive from UCT (University of Cape Town) and beaches. It is also walking distance from the nearest MyCiti bus stop, supermarket and hip and happening restaurants. The flat has teak and kiaat wooden parquet flooring throughout with mountain and city views from both the bedroom and lounge. The bed in the bedroom is a queen size extra length, so tall people can sleep more comfortably. The couch in the living room can be slept on, but is not a fold-out sofa, so it is only a single size. There are spaces to get down and do some work on: the raised kitchen counter or the dining room table. The fibre Wi-Fi internet is unlimited, unshaped and unthrottled. Speed: 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. The TV has Kodi installed and runs Android, so you can stream movies and series over the internet. There is no cable TV, but you use your own Netflix account. The bathroom and toilet are separate, but both feature basins with mirrors, so there should be no problem with space to get ready in the morning! The bathroom has a shower over the bath tub.

Note that due to the severe drought in Cape Town and the subsequent water restrictions, all pools are closed, including this one in the complex.
