Mosterts Hoek is midway between Ceres and Worcester, yet only 1 hour drive from Cape Town and 120 km from Cape Town International Airport. It is a working farm where mixed farming is practiced with fruit and livestock. The farm boasts an abundance of fynbos and indigenous wildlife on your doorstep.
The house is a perfect destination for a group of friends or family, and can sleep up to 8 people in the 4 bedrooms.
The house is of close proximity of Main House. It is fully equipped for self-catering with fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, indoor fireplace, outdoor braai & communal swimming pool. The house boasts a trendy open-plan kitchen & cozy lounge with fireplace. The fun, relaxed atmosphere on the farm makes it the perfect getaway for the entire family. Stunning views of the mountains & entire Breede River valley.
Establishment facilities include:
* Parking free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
* Outdoor pool.
* BBQ facilities.
* Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
* Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Please note:
* For the convenience of incoming guests, we require rooms to be vacated by 10h00am on the day of departure. Later departure times may, however, be possible on request. Please telephone us if you anticipate arriving after 18h00.
* Earliest arrival time is 14h00 (except by prior arrangement).
* We welcome children on the farm. Please watch children at all times. No children under 12 allowed in the communal swimming pool area without supervision.
* All dogs, cats, caged birds and any other well-behaved pets welcome on arrangement. Bring own pet beds and bowls.
*As you know this is a working farm, guests are not allowed to pick the fruit from the trees.
*Guests are not allowed to walk anywhere on the farm, the owner will inform you where the best places are to walk/cycle on the farm. All activities are done at the guest`s own risk.
*We want everyone to have the best time while visiting the farm, but please be considerate with music and noise levels after 23h00.
*Laundry can be done by arrangement. Please ask at reception.
*We have a minimum stay of 3 nights during long weekends.
*During peak season, we require full and final payment one month prior to arrival.
*No smoking allowed in the house. Please discard cigarettes in the ashtrays provided - it is a fire hazard and will pollute our beautiful farm.
*It is requested for your own security, that valuables and firearms be left at reception for safekeeping, however all items of a valuable nature, are brought onto Mosterts Hoek Guest House premises at their owner's risk.
