You wont be dreaming when you wake up a mere 100m - 3 minutes walk - from the white sand of Pringle Bay’s idyllic beach. Sunshine, sea, sand, outdoor living and relaxation is what this perfect getaway is all about.

This spacious and neat holiday home is located only 3 minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Dreams sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and is graded 3 stars. 1 hours’ drive to Cape Town.

Fall asleep to the sound of the sea wake up to the beautiful surroundings. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and balcony. The main bathroom has shower and bath. The two additional bedrooms on the bottom floor share a large bathroom with shower.

The living room on the first floor is spacious with mountain view and a balcony. Next to the living room is a separate TV room. The open-plan kitchen is neat and fully equipped (inc. dishwasher). From the dining room the built in BBQ is accessed through a sliding door. Outdoor area and furniture to sit.

Children of all ages welcome. Cot, high chair, baby bath and potty can be arranged. Please note Dreams is a double storey house with stairs inside and outside.

Most airlines fly to the popular Cape Town destination in South Africa. British Airways, KLM, Lufthansa, South African Airways, Virgin, Emirates are just few. Look out for specials or preferably - book your seats well ahead of time to get a good price.

Pick up your rented car at the airport when you have arrived at Cape Town International Airport. Avis, Budget, Europcar, Thrifty and Tempest are just some of the car rental companies offering car rentals and pick up at Cape Town International Airport.

Pringle Bay is located only 67km from Cape Town International Airport. Without stops it will take one hours drive from Cape Town International Airport to Pringle Bay and Dreams. But the chances are good that you will "just have to stop" along the Clarence Marine Drive to take in the spectacular views - or if in season (June-November) try to spot a Southern Right Whale.

Don't miss this "hidden gem" in unspoilt nature - the perfect place for a relaxing holiday "away from it all" but only a short drive to the busy and vibrant Cape Town.

A refundable Breakage/Cleaning deposit of 20% of the total fee is payable together with the final payment. The Breakage/Cleaning deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property (within 10 days of guests’ departure). The refund is subject to the house rules below being adhered to (see below) and that there has been no damage or loss to Dreams.

In the event of cancellation, the owner will endeavor to re-let but, if unsuccessful, the owner reserves the right to retain all monies received less the refundable breakage/cleaning deposit. The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances in which case any money received by the owner will be refunded.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rates.

The number of people using the rented accommodation must not exceed the number of guests agreed upon booking. No visitors (day or night) are allowed on the premises without written consent from the owner. No consent will be given if the total number of people exceeds 6 persons.

Please note:
• Sorry, we don’t allow pets or smoking.
• Only make fires in the BBQ facilities on the ground floor and don’t leave fire unattended.
• Only toilet paper to be flushed down toilets.
• Please respect the neighbours. Do not cause disturbances or offence by playing loud music, behaving excessively loud or in an inappropriate manner. Dreams is a holiday home suitable for mature and responsible guests looking for a relaxing getaway. Dreams is not suitable for guests looking for a place to party.
• Only use mattresses, duvet inners and pillows when they are protected with sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. No sleeping bags.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to “child proof” Dreams, so if necessary, remove breakables and harmful items out of children’s reach. Children are not allowed on the balcony without adult supervision. The combination of children and crayons is not advisable as we wish to keep the walls white :-).
• Keep unsupervised doors and windows closed to prevent baboons entering and causing damage.
• Please don’t open any cupboards or drawers marked private - owner.
• Please don’t bring food and drinks into other rooms than kitchen and dining room in order to prevent stains and damage to bed linen, bedding, carpets, walls and furniture. Take care not to damage kitchen and table tops in any way.
• Leave the house in a respectable condition – as “found” – for details request a copy of the check list.
• Ensure that all windows and doors are properly closed and locked, all equipment/furniture are taken inside, water taps are closed and that lights, oven and hob are switched off.
• Remove all garbage from Dreams (drop in the transfer station at the entrance of Pringle Bay). Please don’t leave garbage outside the house or within reach of baboons.
• Hand keys in as per arrangement with owner.
• The guests’ will be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during their stay including any legal fees incurred by the owner. If the damages and cleaning deposit does not sufficiently cover damages or losses then the guests’ accept legal responsibility for paying the balance.
• The owner accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, vehicles or personal effects, howsoever caused.
Note that Dreams is not a beach front property and it is a double storey house with stairs inside and outside.

Dreams is fully self-catering no food or cleaning is provided.
