This north facing apartment is ideally situated in the central, quiet suburb of Oranjezight, against the foothills of Table Mountain.
It is fully furnished, comfortable, clean and in a safe area.
There are two bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds and it sleeps 1 to 4 persons. Rates are per person per day. R800.00 per single person.
The bathroom has a bath, with a fitted hand shower and loo. It has a large, sitting room, with an open plan dining counter and an open plan kitchen, with all the basic necessities. (Fridge, microwave, drop in stove, kettle and toaster).
There is also an open balcony with 4 chairs and a table, for enjoying a sun downer or dining al fresco.
We provide a secure parking bay at no extra charge. There are ceiling fans in each room.
The sitting room is equipped with a TV, DVD recorder and a small music centre / radio. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels / kitchen towels. This flat is also easily located from the Airport along the N1 or N2 highways. Please ask for directions. It is less than a 10 minute drive to de Waterkant, the Waterfront, the Cape Town Stadium and Sea point.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the City centre, the Gardens Shopping Centre, the Company Gardens, the station and numerous other attractions and restaurants. It is a 5 min drive to the famous beaches of Cape Town (Camps Bay/Clifton), Table Mountain Cable Car, Kirstenbosch, cinemas + theatres. Ambiance is a fifteen minute drive to/from Cape Town International Airport.

This is a large, north facing apartment. The main bedroom is spacious, with a double bed. It has sliding doors opening out onto a large, open balcony with glass table and 4 chairs.
All rooms have ceiling fans, plus ample cupboard and drawer space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Large sitting room with a glass door opening out onto the balcony. TV, DVD player, small music center. Limited DSTV and WiFi, set up for you to use at your own cost. There is a fully equipped kitchen and secure, private parking, marked 105.
Kindly advise; Bookings for 2 persons confirm that you are booking one room with double bed, or both rooms, in order to have a room each. There is a slight difference in rates. Oranjezight is very quiet, safe and peaceful. Within walking distance to most everything CT has to offer. Situated against foot hill of table Mountain. Garden Centre Shopping Centre 5 mins walk away.
