Located in the beautiful mountains and streams of Magoebaskloof and Woodbush, Boscobel Cottages is an intimate luxury self-catering establishment set in an English garden that offers affordable rates and privacy.
The three stone and thatch cottages are meticulously furnished for your maximum comfort.
The cottages are serviced daily. They are fully equipped for self-catering with 2 plate stove, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. All linen, towels and toiletries are supplied. Each cottage has its own bathroom with either bath and shower or shower only. A wood burning fireplace, heaters and electric blankets for those chilly evenings. Weber braais are supplied (bring charcoal and firelighters). Complimentary coffee, tea and homemade rusks/ shortbread are provided for each cottage.
Guests are also encouraged to use the main lodge which has a large comfortable lounge with fireplace, library, DSTV, dining room and kitchen with microwave, gas/electric stove, deep freeze, fridges, cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery.
Mountain biking and hiking trails, excellent birding with professionally recognized birder and scenic drives in the Woodbush forests.

"We enjoyed our stay at Boscobel. Everything was as described on Rooms for Africa's web page except for the beautiful garden which was way more impressive than the photo's showed.

Everything inside was better than most other places we stayed before. Nothing skimpy or cheap. The cottage was serviced every day and everything we used the day before (rusks, coffee, tea, milk, fountain water) was topped up for the new day. We felt safe and we will definitely return to Boscobel.
