The King's Place is a small holding set on 8 acres of prime agricultural land in the lush seaside valley of Hout Bay, Cape Town. We are surrounded by magnificent gardens with views of the back of Table Mountain and the Constantiaberg. The beach is a 5 minute drive away.
The King’s Place consists of:
The Dales which is a double story house consisting of :
* Downstairs
Beautiful large kitchen with granite tops, centre island and all the latest accessories .
The dining room comfortably seats 10 people. The Lounge leads out onto the paved BBQ area and overlooks the swimming pool and gardens.
There is a guest toilet, and a laundry area.
* Upstairs
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and both lead onto a beautiful balcony with breath-taking views of the gardens and mountain.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has twin beds. There is another full bathroom on this level.
The King’s Apartment which sleeps 4 guests, it’s up a flight of stairs. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 large full bathroom. We also offer an open plan kitchen and lounge with sliding doors that open onto the balcony and overlook the pool and mountains.
The King’s Cottage is ideal for a couple. It is tucked away and completely private. The cottage has 1 bedroom, an en-suite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet), open plan kitchen and lounge. We also offer a private terrace and BBQ area.
The Pool Room is a spacious and bright cottage. It has 1 bedroom furnished with a queen size bed.ans a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. A spare single bed can be added in the lounge, which has an open plan kitchen. The lounge leads out onto the terrace and BBQ (braai) area.
There are beautiful views of the garden, pool and majestic mountains
All accommodation has satellite TV (DSTV), and is serviced weekly whereby all the linen is changed.The property is secured with off street parking, remote controlled gates and an alarm system.
