The lounge has DSTV and a fireplace.
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has king size bed. The second and third bedrooms have 2 three quarter beds per room. Both of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The estate has 24 hour security and access control. The estate also offers tennis, squash courts, a putting course and bird watching. There are also scenic walkways. It is a 10 minute walk to Thesen Harbour Town with restaurants and shops.
