We are excited to welcome all business and leisure travelers to relax in the Overberg! Our trained staff is prepared to make guests feel comfortable and safe.
You'll have the luxury of an entire private cottage with courtyard to yourself. Each cottage has a well equipped kitchen allowing for easy self-catering making it possible to stay safe and to keep within you budget.
Prepare your own meals in the kitchen or opt for a barbecue in the courtyard.
Make your choice of spacious Sakkie-cottage or cozy Saartjie-cottage, or book both! Each cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and a built-in cupboard. White bed linen and towels, double electric blankets and heaters are provided for the comfort of our guests.
The bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub and/or a shower. Each living room is furnished with two single beds, a wooden dining table with seating for four plus a flat-screen TV with local channels.
The kitchens are equipped with electric stoves and ovens, microwaves and refrigerators with freezers as well as ironing boards and irons. The wooden cupboards are built-in and very neat. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar and rusks welcome our guests.
Each cottage has its own private courtyard with vine covered pergola and cobble paving. Traditional barbecue facilities are provided. The parking areas are secure to ensure your peace of mind.
We offer families the unique chance of relaxing in a cozy, well equipped slave's cottage, close to town. Share good times at the dining table or under the covered pergola or play games on the lawn. Feel at home, safe and cared for.
Enjoy a calming walk through the streets, take a drive to any of the nearby towns such as L'Agulhas, Arniston/ Waenhuiskrans, Napier or even Struisbaai. Bredasdorp is a leisurely two hour drive from Cape Town, situated conveniently for travellers and businessmen alike.
Among the countless activities to be found in the area, is the Shipwreck Museum in Bredasdorp or the famous lighthouse at the most southern tip of Africa, L'Agulhas.
Take a trip to De Hoop Nature & Marine Reserve and enjoy the rich bird life, or watch the largest concentration of Southern Right whales along the South African Coast from July to December.
