Thekwane Lodge is situated within the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, about 60km north of Pretoria. The lodge has two complete family suite for catered and semi self-catering accommodation sleeping up to 4 in each. The lodge overlooks a game waterhole where game is often seen visiting the waterhole from the veranda or living area.
The lodge kitchen is manned by the lodge staff and will set and clear the tables in the dining area. Braai and potjie facilities are available for use. The family suite have complete ensuite bathrooms each and is equipped with Easy View satellite TV, fridge and lounge.
In-room facilities include: air-conditioning, DSTV Easy View package, fridge, ensuite bathroom, linen and towelling.
Establishment facilities include: swimming pool, guided game drives from lodge, self-drive permits issued, braai and potjiekos facilities.
Dinokeng Game Reserve Conservation fees are in effect. This fee is regulated by the Dinokeng Management Association and will be utilized for the upkeep and management of the Reserve. This once-off fee per entry is applicable to all guests entering the Reserve with a stay of 1 hour to 30 days and is payable upon exit of the Game Reserve. Upon entering the Reserve the guests will receive a ticket at the boom gate from the automatic ticket reader. This ticket needs to be presented for payment and validation at any product owner/lodge/operator enabling the guest to open the boom gate upon exit.

* Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.
* Check-in 12h00 to 19h00.
* Dinokeng Conservation Fee per adult and child per visit not included in price.
* For single nights a single night tariff extra per bed is applicable.
