Mpushini Falls Resort is located on the outskirts of Eshowe, overlooking the Mpushini Falls & indigenous Dlinza Forest. It’s adjacent to our country-style & relaxing family home that is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, both properties of which is secured with electric fencing for your safety.
Entertainment:
• Guests have access to amenities such as a fully equipped gym & pool area. 30 minute gym sessions and 10 minute sunbed sessions are charged, per person, per session. Use of the heated pool is free (closed between May to October).
• Guests can relax on the wooden deck that is open to all visitors with braai facilities, while appreciating views of the garden & the natural beauty of this area.
• Because of the wildlife (Guinea Fowls, Mallard & Muscovy ducks, Quails & Rhode Island Red Chickens) that free-range on the premises, we do not allow pets.
Attractions of Surrounding Area:
• The Dlinza Forest offers a breath taking aerial boardwalk through the forest with excellent birding & some small game viewing.
• Fort Nongqayi consists of the Vukani museum that is home to the finest collection of Zulu baskets, the Mission Chapel Museum & Adam's Outpost that is a renowned restaurant located in the oldest Victorian house in Zululand. The Butterfly Dome also forms part of the Fort Nongqayi Complex.
• Shakaland (on Route 66) is a Zulu cultural village that offers an enriching experience for a better understanding of the Zulu nation, its people & their customs.
