Nestled on the banks of the Kleinemonde East River, 300m from the beach, this newly renovated beach house is the perfect family holiday home.
The beach house sleeps 8 people and consists of a main house and outside flat. The house has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room.
There is a family bathroom that has a bath, shower and a toilet. The living area is open plan and contains a flat screen TV, DSTV, DVD/CD player and an indoor fireplace. The outside flat has a double bed and bathroom ensuite.
In room facilities include: bed with linen, side table and lamps.
A lovely wooden deck faces the river where you can sit and enjoy the water while having lazy afternoon Sundowners or a braai. There is also a braai pit for those evenings when you would like to sit around a camp fire. A full time maid can be provided (excluded from the quoted daily rental rate).
Please note:
- No smoking inside the house or flat.
- Pets are welcome.
