Oudebosch Guest Farm is situated in the Southern Cape, halfway between Riversdale and Heidelberg in the shadow of the beautiful Sleeping Beauty Mountain Peak.
Experience the serenity of true country life and farm hospitality on a working sheep farm. If you want to 'get away from it all'…Oudebosch is surely the place to visit! We offer fully equipped self-catering accommodation - guests only need to bring their food.
Each cottage has all the amenities that you will need for your relaxing break.
Establishment facilities include: Go for a hike in our mountain camp – walk near to springbuck and eland and cross beautiful mountain streams. Horse riding, saddle up and go on an awesome outride through pine plantations, kloofs and see stunning waterfalls from horseback. Note – only experienced riders will be allowed to ride. There is a canoe on the dam – two guests can go at a time. We can cater for functions for up to 60 guests, e.g. weddings and birthday parties – enjoy the old farm atmosphere in our renovated Old Barn. Bring your mountain bike and explore the interesting and scenic routes in the area. We provide maps and GPS coordinates for a 20km, 40km and 80km route. Children enjoy the wide open spaces, jungle gym and large green lawns to play on. Play ball with Ogies, our very energetic border collie – she throws a ball back at you… better than you can imagine! Collect free range eggs in the afternoon and feeding the rabbits. Guests are welcome to bring their own quads and explore the routes on the farm. We have beautiful tame horses and children enjoy riding them while mommy or daddy leads them.

The owners look after their guests and you feel very much at home from the get go. beautiful and well kept farm. I would however recommend that Safari Now updates their directions as it is not very precise and if you don't know the surroundings or the area it can be very confusing especially because we only arrived in the dark.
I would recommend Oudebosch 100% and I will definitely return for a longer stay in future!!! "
