This award winning establishment was built especially with keeping the guests needs in mind. Situated on the outskirts of Kakamas on a beautiful farm setting near the world famous Augrabies Falls. One overlooks the contrast of barren landscapes and lush green vine yards of the Orange River valley.
The guest house offers 25 luxury and comfortable ensuite rooms each with a personal touch.
Family units and self-catering units available. All rooms have their own private entrances which walk out on a patio. Take time to relax at the swimming pool under the African sun or take a walk down to the river. You can either dine at our cosy fireplace or have a sundowner on the patio.
Dinner is served in our award winning a la carte restaurant. Our menu in the restaurant consists of local traditional fare and our wine list the best of the local cellars and Cape Wines.
Cocktail lounge and coffee shop available on premises. It is fully licensed.
Vergelegen is a convenient stop-over or holiday base for tourist, nature lovers, businessmen and travellers alike. It offers friendly, informal country hospitality at affordable rates.
