Elandsview Guesthouse is situated in the heart of the famous Zulu, Anglo and Boer battle sites, 55km from Dundee, halfway between Johannesburg and Durban. We are surrounded by privately owned game reserves, rivers and waterfalls and magnificent Zululand Thornveld scenery.
The guesthouse offers a light Continental breakfast in an open-air dining area (if the weather is horrid, we will arrange for breakfast for you at our other establishment 1km away).
We do not offer Dinner at the guesthouse, however we have a well-equipped self-catering area where you can prepare your own dinner, alternatively we can arrange dinner for you at Elandsheim Retreat (on our property) a short 5 minutes’ drive away.
If you'd prefer to not drive or cook, we do sell homemade "Ready-meals":
- We sell beer and wine and a few soft drinks at meal times.
- We regret no pets allowed
- We do not have card facilities please arrange payment method before arrival.
- Tours can be booked for you with prior arrangement.
- Spa treatments available by prior arrangement only.
We facilitate many activities on and off site, with trips to nearby game reserves as well as guided tours offered into Zululand as well as the Battlefields of Rorke's Drift, Isandlwana and Blood River.
