Bedrock is very easy to find at 93 Normandie Avenue, Bayswater, near the northern N1 entrance to Bloemfontein. Set in the northern suburbs, close to shopping center, take away, eating places, medical facilities and schools in a quiet safe garden surround teaming with bird life. 10 Minutes to University / Technikon and 20 minutes to the extreme southern part of Bloemfontein.

We cater for the families as well as business people. Guests are accommodated in attractively furnished rooms with DSTV and en-suite bathrooms (shower) and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, cutlery and crockery and all with own private door to the garden. A TV, heater and fan are provided in all rooms. Tea, coffee, and toiletries are also provided.

Room 1- Self-catering family room with double bed and bunk bed with en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
Room 2 – Self-catering family room with double bed and ¾ bed, en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
Room 3 – Self-catering double room with double bed and en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
Room 4 – Self-catering family room with double bed and single bed, en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
Room 5 – Double room with double bed and en suite bathroom.
Room 6 – Double room with 2 x ¾ beds and private bathroom.
Room 7 – Family room with double bed, 2 x ¾ beds and single bed and en suite bathroom.

Everything is under the care and supervision of the owner and kept immaculate. We also do recommendations on tours and other must see experiences in and around Bloemfontein.

Facilities include:
• We offer a full English or continental breakfast on request, not included in the room rates. A variety of take a way and meal deliveries available from different venues. Laundry facilities available during the week.
• Breakfast room with fireplace and splash pool with safe off street car parking.
• Barbeque facilities available on north side and south side of the house as well as small portable braai.
• Shady garden with seating and abundant birdlife. Splash pool for relaxing cool down.
• Equipped wendy house kitchen available for guests cooking.

Please note:
***No smoking allowed inside the building. There are outside smoking places with butt catchers.
*****- Minimum stay 3 nights.

During all bookings for February, continental breakfast will be available for free on all bookings.
From 5 October to 9 October: Rates for 2 people in room will increase.

Please note:
* If breakfast is required, please arrange it the evening before at reception and pay the required fee.
* On weekends there is no room service available, as most guests want to sleep late and relax. If guests want the rooms to be serviced, please arrange with reception on registration and pay the cleaning fee.
* If anything is needed in room, please contact reception and it will be provided. Contact details are provided in rooms.
* If cleaning material, extra toilet paper, sugar, etc. is required, contact reception and it will be provided.
* Iron and ironing board available at reception at a fee.
