East Africa Safaris is situated on the scenic east coast of Mozambique, approximately 250 Km north of Maputo. The resort is situated amongst a combination of coastal dunes and inland lakes, offering unique opportunities for bird watching, quad biking, snorkelling, swimming and spear fishing.
Self-catering casa's and chalets ranging between 6 - 16 sleepers.
Whole resort sleeps 150 people, restaurant & beach bar, restaurant with a la carte menu specializing in seafood and pizzas can seat ± 100 people, suitable for conferences and weddings, pool table, dart board, big screen TV with DSTV for all sports, soft serve ice cream and candy floss available and casual beach bar – cold beer and cold drinks.
Rooms are self-catering and have air-conditioner. Units are serviced daily.
Establishment facilities includes: credit card facilities, medical facilities on site, 24-hour security guards man the entrances to the resort as well as, circulating guards and alarm systems with a response in case of an emergency, full Vodacom signal and GPRS for internet, 24-hour electricity and backup generators in case of a power outage, Clean water, ice & charcoal available at reception and boat & fishing licenses available at reception.
Terms & Conditions:
* Deposit should be paid within the next 3 days in order to secure booking.
* House should be left in a clean and tidy condition, failing which; a special cleaning charge will be levied.
* We will be entitled to pay, out of the security deposit, all disbursements incurred in respect of the premises and out of the tenant’s occupant thereof (e.g. standard clean, laundry, replacement of breakages etc.), and thereafter the balance of the deposit will be refunded upon departure.
* The tenant is reminded that upon acceptance of this offer and payment of the deposit, a binding contract is complete.
* A unit booked cannot be upgraded to another unit, if the tenant wants to move to another unit, the full rental of both units will be required, as it is seen as a cancellation of a unit.
* The unit shall be occupied and used personally by the tenant and his/her family, and no more than the maximum number of people set out above may occupy the unit at any one time.
* The unit may under no circumstances, be sublet by the tenant.
* The Tenant is responsible for the actions of all people staying in the house during this rental period.
* Any items/equipment damaged, broken or missing shall be replaced or repaired, and charged to the Tenant. Any excess over the balance of the security deposit is payable within 30 days of written notification.
* No pets are allowed on the premises. No dogs, cats or any domestic animal or birds are permitted on the estate without the permission of the Home Owner’s Association.
* The owners are not responsible for any property of the Tenant lost, stolen or damaged in any holiday unit, and may not be held responsible for any injury; loss of life or limb suffered by the Tenant and his/her family or friends during the occupation of the holiday unit.
* Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children do not play or cause any nuisance on the property of neighbours.
* Fires are a major hazard and every care should be taken with Braais, candles and mosquito coils.
* The house has a septic tank. Please read and comply with the notices in this regard and ensure that all guests and children are properly briefed.
* The volume of music, electronic instruments, entertainment or activity of domestic employees should be at such level as not to cause a nuisance to any other residents or wildlife on the estate.
* Tenants should not allow any child under the age of 16 years to occupy the Unit or Drive a vehicle or motor boat without the supervision of an adult of 21 years of age or older.
* Picnicking is not permitted on the estate other than in specially approved demarcated areas.
