This modern 2 bedroom self-catering apartment on second floor is within walking distance of Blouberg beach.
It has a Fully equipped open plan kitchen leading onto lounge area. The kitchen is fitted with fridge, flat top stove, microwave, kettle & toaster, Washing machine, crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. Sliding doors that lead out onto a spacious balcony overlooking the estate and pool, with ocean and mountain views. Refurbished and modern kitchen and bathroom. Laminated wooden floors throughout.
The Main bedroom has large windows looking onto balcony with good light and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a single bed and ceiling fan.
The Lounge has large flat screen TV with DSTV capabilities, unlimited high-speed wifi, air conditioner and modern finishes.
Complex has swimming pool, tennis court, squash court and laundry facilities with 24 hr gate access. Shade net covered parking. Restaurants shopping malls & golf course nearby.
Please note:
– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
