Welcome to Silver Tides.

Silver Tides offers self-catering accommodation for the holiday maker or visiting business executive. Enjoy warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation; we are ideally situated 100m from the beach.

We have six stylishly decorated self-catering units. Each of our units are equipped with Wi-Fi internet access.

We have two spacious upper level studio apartments with sea views which sleep 3 guests comfortably; each unit consists of a Queen Size bed and a single sleeper. Both units have fully equipped kitchens with granite tops, the units have separate bathrooms,

Two of our ground floor units have garden views, which sleep four guests each, one unit has two Queen Beds and the other unit has one Queen bed and two single beds. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops; the units have two bathrooms, the main bedroom being an ensuite.

There is also a separate (stand alone) cottage which also has garden views which sleeps two guests comfortably; the cottage has one double Bed with an ensuite bathroom, there is also a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. This unit does not have sea views.

All the above units are cleaned daily except on weekends and public holidays at no additional cost

Our Beach House is a modern spacious Semi Detached Duplex consists of 4 Bedrooms with queen size beds, 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and one bedroom has a separate bathroom. It comes with a fully fitted open plan lounge, dinning area and kitchen with modern conveniences, fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster etc., and satellite TV (Hotel Package), Linen Supplied (Please bring your own Beach Towels), private BBQ area and Parking behind locked gates for 2 vehicles. Please note that there are no services on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We are 18km from Ushaka Marine World, 14km from the ICC and 47km from King Shaka International Airport.

Important information:
* No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation, Silver tides is strictly for paying guests only, no visitors allowed. The number of people is restricted to the number of beds per unit. Should you not fully occupy your unit it does not entitle you to invite your own "guests or family" to fill the compliment. (If management suspects that the above rule is being transgressed, they reserve the right to carry an inspection of the unit anytime during the day or night)
* Silver Tides is a non-smoking establishment. Please do not discard cigarette butts in and around the garden. Ashtrays are provided.

* No loud music, fireworks, drugs or loud noise is tolerated on the property, sound levels should not be a nuisance to other guests and /or neighbours. Guests are not allowed to host private parties/functions at Silver Tides this is a quiet residential area.
* Early check in are possible if arranged in advance. Should you be arriving after 18h00 please call us on our mobile number half an hour before arrival. Late check outs are possible if your room has not been booked for that evening. Read More ›

"Quiet and pleasent"

"Clean apartments. Friendly staff. Very nice and quiet, no disturbances what so ever. Definitely would recommend and book again. Walking distance to the beach. The only downside was that the apartment we chose was on the upper lever which meant I had to use stairs, and being heavily pregnant that was not pleasant, I wish it was mentioned. Gate to the parking was also not locked at all times which felt bit risky to me. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay."
