Barnacle Tree is a self-catering cottage on a private residential property. It has a separate entrance, private garden and secure off street parking for one vehicle.
This cosy 30m2 home is fully equipped, consisting of an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, fridge, gas hob, Whirlpool combination oven, plus crockery and cutlery. The separate bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and washing machine. All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
The cottage is perfect for 2 adults or for visitors needing slightly longer stays. It was designed with the aim of providing affordable, organised and equipped accommodation for short-term students, business or holiday visitors. Unfortunately no pets are allowed as there are friendly dogs on the property and we do hope our guests are comfortable with our furry friends. While the cottage is intended for 2 people, we’ll do our best to accommodate a child or baby. As the cottage is all on one level, it’s suitable for all ages. Basics like tea, coffee and milk are provided upon arrival. Being fully equipped, all you need to do is bring yourselves. Smokers are very welcome to smoke in the garden, where a seating area is available.

The unit is very comfortable and well equipped for a short or long stay. A 5 to 8 minute walk to shops and the Helderberg hospital, if needed, a short distance away. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to explore the area. "
