Compared to the old-world elegance of the main house, Villa One and Two are sleek and glamorous with en suite bedrooms, spacious entertainment areas, private infinity pools and ocean views. Villa One incorporates the tranquil Ellerman House Spa, which specialises in cutting-edge massage techniques, anti-ageing beauty treatments and hydrotherapy. Villa Two is built above the Ellerman House Wine Gallery, which is not only a spectacular cellar for the hotels 7500-bottle wine collection but offers an interactive, experiential journey into the world of wine.

Villa One houses the Ellerman House Spa and two deluxe spa bedrooms on the ground level. Villa One may be booked either as a three-bedroom villa or as a five-bedroom villa with the addition of the two deluxe bedrooms on the spa level. Villa One comprises a formal lounge, TV lounge, dining room, and study, spacious outdoor living and pool. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and private terraces, and a small reading room.
Villa Two has three bedrooms with open-plan style bathrooms and private terraces. There is also a study and private cinema on this level. The top floor’s open-plan living and dining areas flow outdoors onto two terraces and the pool. Below Villa Two is the Ellerman House Wine Gallery, a showcase for South African wine and the hotel’s vast wine collection.
At Ellerman House, no two rooms or suites are alike. The 11 guest rooms and two suites vary in size, and are individually decorated and impeccably furnished in a sophisticated style. Original paintings and sculptures add to the luxurious, home-from-home ambience.
Standard amenities include superior-quality beds and the finest bed linens, underfloor heating, air-conditioning, satellite flat screen TVs, a complimentary mini bar and complimentary wireless internet access. The en suite bathrooms have heated towel rails, thick and fluffy bath sheets and deluxe toiletries.

11 January 2016 – September 2017 there will be building of new residential property:
We have erected a 2.5-meter green screen on top of the wall between the two properties. This has minimised the effect the building site has on the view from our property. We do not have control over this site, so we cannot stop building at any time. There is a crane and it is visible from everywhere on the property, however the swing arm will be lowered during the annual builder’s holidays from 15 Dec 2016 – 10 Jan 2017. The height of the new property will not impact our incredible view. The new property will have a beautiful green roof that will look like an extension of our garden, which we are very excited about.
