The accommodation comprises four distinct bedrooms, each meticulously designed and equipped for your utmost comfort and convenience. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a luxurious super king-size bed, an en-suite bath, a walk-in shower, a television, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a secure key locker. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed, a television, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 features two single beds, a smart television, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 boasts a queen-size bed, an en-suite bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a television, and air conditioning.
For your convenience, check-in time is between 14:00 PM and 14:30 PM, while check-out is scheduled between 05:00 am and 10:00 am.
To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay, we kindly request that our guests adhere to the following house rules:
1) No parties or events are permitted on the premises.
2) Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
3) Regrettably, pets are not permitted.
4) We kindly ask that you be considerate of our neighbors by maintaining low noise levels.
5) A quiet ambiance is expected between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am.
6) Please note that the pool maintains a temperature of approximately 21/22 degrees Celsius.
7) Guests may indulge in private beauty spa treatments, available at an additional cost.
8) Two dedicated housekeepers are at your service daily to assist with any requirements you may have.
9) The property is surrounded by electric fences; we kindly request that you avoid any contact with them.
10) An explanation of the alarm system will be provided during the check-in process.
11) To ensure security, please ensure the garage is securely closed when parking.
12) The maximum occupancy of the retreat is set at 8 guests, and additional charges apply for any extra individuals.
13) Private chefs are available to cater to your culinary preferences at an additional cost.
14) For the preservation of our furnishings and property, kindly refrain from moving any furniture inside or outside the house.
