Recently renovated double bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom has Victorian bathtub with hand shower and overhead shower. Tea and coffee making facilities are available with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, glasses, cutlery, and fridge/freezer and mini oven with two hot plates.
The unit also offers 2 double wardrobes, table and 2 chairs, TV, chest of drawers, and 2 bedside tables and guests also have use of pool, garden and maid service most days. The outside of the room looks up to the mountain and has a table and chairs outside the room where you can have your breakfast. Just down a few steps at the side of the property you step into the lush garden with pool area and loungers and table. Braai also available in garden. Wi-Fi in room and on the property.
Five minutes from the best beach in Cape Town and in close proximity of shopping centre, restaurants, cafes and major attractions including Simon's Town, Fish Hoek, Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony, Cape Point and excellent golf courses. Within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes and supermarket.
Only the one or two guests actually booked in are permitted on the property, no guests of clients are allowed.
***No parties and no loud music.
***Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Security guard in hut in front of the property from 6 pm - 6 am and often during the day. Next door to police station and magistrate’s court with security guard.
