Within close walking distance to the beach and in the centre of town, this is an ideal apartment for a getaway to the beach. | | Our apartments are fully serviced once a week, including a change of linen and towels. We supply two sets of towels for bookings in excess of 3 nights. We also supply bath soaps; toilet paper; dishwashing liquid; dishwasher tablets [for those apartments with dishwashers]; salt and pepper; plus a beverage welcome pack of sugar, milk, tea and ground coffee.
Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis. | | Please note that parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10pm (22h00) till 6am (06h00) and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction.
An airport transfer to the property is available at an additional fee of R650 plus luggage costs if a trailer needs to be hired.
Late arrivals are allowed by prior arrangement only and subject to an additional fee of R400 if after 5pm. | | Body Corporate Rules of The Empire building
1. Only 2 day-visitors are allowed to visit short-term guests concurrently. Visitors are not permitted after 9pm.
2. Noise regulations must be observed; no loud music and no slamming of doors.
3. No braaing will be allowed in any part of the building.
4. No trucks, caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may be parked in Building without the prior written consent of the Trustees.
5. Max no of guests: 1 bedroom: 2 adults | 2 bedrooms: 3 adults / 2 adults & 2 children | 3 bedrooms: 3 adults / 2 adults & 4 children.
6. Guests may not hang laundry/wetsuits/towels on patios/over hand railings.
7. Smoking is not permitted in building or its common areas.
8. Guests may not make use of the surfboard nor bicycle racks.
9. Guests are not permitted pets.
