"What an amazing place!! Simple and comfortable accommodation with true feeling of authentic Africa. Staff all very friendly. Never ate at restaurant rather chilled around our huge fire every night.

"Zingela is remote, relaxing and rewarding. Remote enough to test our off-roading and the kids' cell signal/Wi-Fi withdrawal capabilities to enable complete relaxation, but offering a wide range of activities to reward adventure enthusiasts and bush lovers. We managed to raft on a rather low Tugela River and abseiled the dizzying cliffs above it. A guided early morning walk provided the chance for our city-bred kids to learn how to 'see' in the bush. Bird-watching is great. Super food if you choose the catered option and warm and welcoming hosts in Linda and Mark Calverly, Jugs, Bibi and the whole team. "
