Rocky Beach Self Catering Apartment (Luxury) is situated near Boulders Penguin Beach at the sea on the Cape Point Route in Froggy Farm, Simons Town.
It has its own private, separate entrance, own secure, private, and separate single remote controlled garage. New, modern, large & open, clean, private, up-market, uncluttered apartment with great attention to detail.
Includes everything from dishwasher, washing-machine, oven & hob, large fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, hairdryer, modern electrical appliances, DSTV, free Wi-Fi, and CD's & radio etc. (Even all cleaning materials). It is a safe & quiet area to relax & unwind in beautiful surrounds, watching the sea, with no traffic & no street lights. Entire length of living area has glass sliding doors onto your own private sunny patio which is protected from the south easterly wind, with full sea views and braai facility. Bedroom has king-size bed with one wall entirely with mirrors and an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, basin, toilet and bidet. Very well appointed apartment with sunshine, in summer & winter. Own private enclosed pebbled back court-yard with mountain view, with wash line facility. It has beautiful sunrises over the sea. Watch the whales in the bay from your own private patio in season. All linen is 100% percale white cotton. Cotton bath and beach towels supplied. Linen & towels changed on a regular basis. 5 minute walk to swimming beaches.
Relax on your own private sheltered sunny patio with 180 degrees uninterrupted sea views of False Bay. Sip cocktails while watching the ever changing sea for whales & dolphins. The spacious patio is great for entertaining and has braai facilities and a luxurious sunbed for relaxing. There is a private single remote control garage as well as a private separate entrance.
We are close to all amenities and 15 minute walk to Boulders Beach Penguin Colony & 10km drive to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Wine & Ostrich Farm – see the baboons along the way!
