Property is situated on top of the hill and surrounded by private nature reserve, boasting beautiful views, overlooking green valley's ending in the ocean. Well appointed chalets with their own TV's, DSTV signal and DVD players; are set in a lush tropical garden about 1 kilometre from the ocean.
A nature trail with solid benches to admire nature.
Variety of birds, monkeys, bushbucks, duickers, mongooses, dassies, chameleons and leguaans live on the property.
Facilities include: swimming pool with umbrellas and loungers, thatched lapa (place to revel), double braai (BBQ) with smoker, boma (place for bonfires), roofed view deck, boasting beautiful views of the green valley ending in the ocean, secret garden with fish pond, benches and a huge wooden gazebo (place to revel). Bushbuck Trail leads from our property through nature reserve to the golden beaches of warm waters of Indian Ocean .
Golf course, tennis and bowling clubs, beautiful beaches and two tidal pools are in the village.
Southbroom is a very unique, cosmopolitan town with 35% tenants being foreigners. Whole town is a part of Impenjati Nature Reserve. It's very green and has a speed limit of 40 kilometres/hour because of wild animals walking in the streets. It's also very safe, with unit of 18 privately paid SAP. We offer fresh, balsamic air and secure, peaceful rest for people exhausted by the rat race of big cities.
