Most of the 12 en-suite bedrooms in this Georgian-styled delightful 4-star guest house have a private balcony and exquisite, uninterrupted views. Breakfast, on the terrace of the popular and award winning on-site Lemon Grass Seaside Restaurant is a highlight of the day as guests enjoy the panoramic view across the lagoon to the beach, sparkling ocean and Tsitsikamma Mountains.

All the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, while some have a bath and a shower, some rooms have an extra-large double bed and some have twin beds. All rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, hospitality DSTV, hairdryer, heater, fan, electronic safe and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Manor. With two lounges, one at ground floor level and one upstairs there is ample space for relaxation. The webcam panning 180 degrees is a popular feature allowing guests to show their family and friends the amazing views they're enjoying.
The rates include a full English and continental breakfast served exclusively to the Manor's guests on the terrace of the Lemon Grass Seaside Restaurant.
