Situated in the lovely small village of Palm Beach. Palm Beach is on the southern border of the Mpenjati Nature Reserve between Southbroom and the Wild Coast Sun. The pristine, safe and unspoiled beach is in front of our home with a tidal pool. Palm Beach is a fisherman’s and kite surfing paradise.
A 7 minute drive gives you a choice of two Blue Flag Beaches, Trafalgar or Glenmore.
A 10 minute drive and you are on another Blue Flag Beach, Marina Beach with well known Mariners Beach Restaurant. Wild Coast Sun is a 15 minute drive away with its water park and rides. The area has numerous world class Golf Courses including Sanlameer, Wild Coast Sun and Southbroom. Well known MacBana is 5 minutes drive. A local Superette and Laundromat is on your doorstep. Shelly Beach Shopping Centre is a 20 minute drive away.
Our home comforts consist of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King bed , sleeper couch, walk in cupboard. Very spacious room and ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed and built-in Bunk bed.
- Bedroom 3: Double bed and built-in Bunk bed.
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed is upstairs with lovely views with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 1,2,3 and the lounge have sliding doors opening onto the pool/jacuzzi deck with lovely view.
There is a big open plan lounge/dining room with TV, big kitchen with all amenities and peaceful undercover entertainment area with braai facility. Relax on the deck with a book or watch whales, dolphins, ships or the sardine run (maybe!!!) pass by.
There is a double automated garage and automated driveway gate, and free parking on premises.
Our home is fully alarmed with a 24 hour Response Team.
24 hour Sector Policing in our Village.
Someone is available 24-hours a day to check in international guests.
