Sera Lodge is a holiday resort with breath taking scenery and a magnitude of exciting activities to make your vacation one you will never forget. Sera Lodge is accessible by 4x4 vehicles; Sera Lodge is situated on the beach side, 280km north of Maputo (approximately 800km from Johannesburg).
It is a must if you enjoy fishing: deep sea, rock, surf or fly-fishing, snorkelling and jet skiing, to name just a few.
Our area is lovely, have curios shops, you can go and visit with your 4x4 our local light house and our old church in the village itself, we get basic fresh vegetables in the village market and local paw, and 2M Beer that all love. We have a lovely Petro Mac Petrol station with all essentials, chemist just across the road from the petrol station. Local shops are everywhere. We have 7 restaurants in our direct area in a radius of 7km. Have horse riding about 4km from us by another resort with a spa at the same resort.
Some units have fans, but bring own fans we work on South African 3-point plugs. Please bring own swimming and bathing towels, own toiletries. All units have a braai area.
Ice and charcoal are available for purchase at reception.
Essentials for Sera Lodge:

2. Meat is scarce – vacuum pack and freeze your own before departure.
3. Bring your own bath towels and swimming towels.
4. Sun block and hats.
5. Mosquito repellents.
6. Dishcloths, tablecloths and serviettes.

8. Firelighters, Mozambique charcoal can be purchased from us.
9. Gas bottle with skottel.
10. Torch. If trouble with EDM power (Eskom), anything is possible it’s Mozambique – be prepared.
11. Own medical aid kit.
12. Only one plug point available in each casa. Bring own fan, extension and multi-plug.
13. Own comfortable camping chair for decks of casa’s and the beach.
14. Welcome to bring own freezer if your casa has no freezer.
15. Bring own snorkel and flippers and surf boards.
16. Bring own small fishing rods and hooks.
17. Bring own umbrellas and gazebos.
18. Your welcome to bring your own pillow with.
