La Palma Villas No.37 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom self-catering flat in Diaz beach which sleeps 5 people. On 4th floor with lifts available
The flat has a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with built in stove/oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier, Dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed in the main bedroom and 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the spare room.
There is 1 bathroom with a double shower. Great sea view from enclosed balcony with built in braai. All linen is supplied. Bath towels supplied. Please bring your own swimming towels, for bath towels are not to leave the unit. Please note that there is only a DVD machine and OVHD (see internet for available channels). NO DSTV available. WiFi is available. Small inverter installed to keep the lights on during loadshedding
Please note:
*** The standing rate of R 1 150-00 per night over weekends of 2 night stays only will be charged. (Excluding long weekends and holiday periods).
***There is a levy of R 500 (not included in daily rate or quotation) payable directly to us for linen cleaning after departure.
***A key deposit of R 750 is also due to us and will be paid back after departure if all is in order and nothing is broken or lost.
(Please note this is separate from the fee so it is not part of the daily rate fee and quotation). This R 1 250 must be paid electronically directly to me before arrival. Bookings to be made at least 1 week in advance for monies to clear in my bank. Please note that there is only a DVD machine and OVHD (see internet for available channels). There is NO DSTV Available.
