A cozy and light 1-bedroom self-catering apartment, located on the second story of a private house in Vermont. The apartment has a separate entrance.
The apartment is situated within 5-7 min walk from the sea. It includes a small sitting area combined with a kitchenette; a specious enclosed veranda with a dining table for four, a sofa and 2 armchairs, where one can enjoy the mountain views, no matter the weather.
A small part of the balcony is open for those guests who prefer sitting outside on a nice warm day. Both, the sitting room and bedroom are adjacent to the veranda. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything one needs to make uncomplicated meals: a compact 2 plate stove, a microwave, a kettle, a kitchen sink, kitchenware.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with up to 2 children. The sofas in the sitting area and at the veranda can serve as extra sleeping beds (charges apply for additional people, sleeping on the sofas).
Free parking is available in front of the house.
Vermont is a beautiful seaside village, nested between the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. It is only 8 km away from the world famous “whale capital of South Africa” – the town of Hermanus.
The beach is about 1,8 km away. A few restaurants can be found within a 10-15 minute walk.
