There is also an out building with 5 bedrooms - 2 single beds per room, but the 1 bedroom has 1 single bed and ensuite - the are 3 bathroom facilities in the out building. The outbuilding has its own kitchen.
There is also a non functional pool in the yard that does not have a pool net covering it. This property has daily cleaning service and 24 security. Vehicles park on the road but the area is safe and highly patrolled neighbour hood private security.

Description: The rooms are very basic just 2 single beds in the room with linen. and 2 study/dresser tables. There is also cupboard space available. The rooms do not have TVs, air conditioners or sealing fans. The floors in the rooms are wooden.
