Boutique@10 Bed and Breakfast is unique accommodation located in the heart of Camps Bay on the Atlantic Seaboard and just a five minute drive to the Table Mountain Cable Car Station, ten minute drive to Cape Town CBD, V & A Waterfront and the 2010 World Cup Stadium and twenty minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
Located on the edge of Camps Bay's central ravine, with full view of the the white beach sands being swept clean by the blue Atlantic Ocean, coupled with uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastal landscape and ocean, from north to south, as far as the eye can see, yet only a fifteen minute walk down to Camps Bay beach and its' famous restaurant strip.
The house, with its four guest suites, is spacious and leans towards old school with a variety of wood, large windows and doors leading to a common outside balcony for the top two suites on the upper level and a large pool deck with plunge pool on the main level.
To ensure our guests comfort, the suites feature LCD tv's, safes, hair dryers, tea and coffee trays and spacious en-suites. Three suites also feature air conditioning to make sure they are always cool and comfortable. The Beach suite features a standing floor fan and is kept nice and cool by the nature of how it was designed.
In three of the guest suites beds can be made into two singles or a king size bed while the third suite features a stylish, king size wooden sleigh bed designed and crafted by a good friend. All are draped in white linen sprinkled with colourful bed spreads, extra length pillows, throw cushions and are dressed with goose down duvets and flat sheets.
A light and healthy breakfast of coffee or tea, fresh juice, toast and cereals, boiled or poached eggs, cheese, yoghurt and seasonal fruit, is served in the main lounge and open deck area making a spacious and inviting area to eat and lounge in. The six lounge doors open up onto the deck to allow natures beauty, the fresh ocean breeze and the sounds of birds singing blend into the essence of pleasure and relaxation which is Camps Bay.

The Deck Suite is located at the north end of the main pool deck and has double french doors that open up onto it. The suite features a king size bed, which can also be made into twin beds, a 32 inch LCD flat screen TV, tea an coffee tray, wall safe, en-suite with bath and shower, hair dryer and air conditioning for room climate control.
There are delightful views of the Atlantic Ocean to the south across the deck.

Description:
The Beach Suite is separate but equal and connected to the main house through a Tuscany-like passage way leading into the main house open plan kitchen area. It features twins or a king size bed, en-suite with shower, small kitchenette, a 37 cm LCD TV, safe, a standing floor fan and hair dryer, tea and coffee area and has a meditteranian feel to it with ambiente lighting to enhance its calming aura.
The Atlantic Ocean is viewed through two sash windows that face west and tunnel through a passage of archways giving you the feeling of privacy and solitude. Guests can walk through the arched passage and into a private garden area with wooden loungers under large protecting pine trees. This area is sprinkled with sun rays and overlooks a ravine teaming with nature that stretches to the ocean. The Bay Atlantic Bed and Breakfast herb and vegetable garden lies just metres away.

The Ocean Suite is affectionately know as ' Club Duvet' and also features the warm feel of old Oregon pine floors and furniture. A king size oregon pine sleigh bed, crafted by a good friend, faces north west, to views of the slopes of Lion's Head and the rocky shoreline of Maidens Cove.
Large sliding glass doors open onto the upper deck. The west facing sliding glass door opens up to uninterrupted views of the green belt ravine that winds down the slopes onto Camps Bay beach and the rolling Atlantic Ocean.
The large en suite features a jacuzzi bath, separate walk in shower and bidet. The room has a 37 cm flat screen tv, safe,hair dryer, tea and coffee tray and air conditioning, for room climate control.

Description:
The Lion's Head Suite has amazing views of Lion's Head framed through arched windows on the North side of the suite and the Atlantic Ocean, due west and southwest, through large sliding doors that open on to the vast upper deck area. Through the high narrow window behind the bed, which can be made up as twins or a king size, guests can view Table Mountain and the upper Cable Station and Cable Car as it moves inside to unload and pick up passengers.
This, the largest of the 3 suites, features a spacious en-suite with shower, 37 cm LCD TV, safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee tray and air conditioning for room climate control. The floors are made of beautifully preserved Oregon pine wood dating back to the early 1900s. The simple headboard and side tables, made out of the same large beams by a local old school craftsman, gives the room a warm charm that entices you want to sit back and watch the paragliders gently glide off the slopes of Lion's Head or gaze at the waves rolling in and onto the beautiful white sand of Camps Beach...the gentle sound of the waves can be heard as they echo up the greenbelt and ravine into the room. You will feel like you are in a small nature reserve leading to the majestic Atlantic Ocean inside the heart of Camps Bay.

They anticipated our every need in particular by booking lovely restaurants for us every night. It is a very relaxed and friendly place. We had a great breakfast too with very friendly staff. No kids under 12 so a great grown up get away."
