4 Frinton on Sea is an exclusive, upmarket, self-catering apartment, right on the Ballito beachfront.
The spacious living room is equipped with a leather lounge suite, 55” full HD LED smart TV and DSTV (all channels). Free wireless internet is available in the apartment. The luxurious Ballito accommodation offers you open plan living, a private patio with built-in braai plus gas braai, 8 seater patio set, sun-loungers and large umbrella.
Folding stagger doors open up fully to extend the living room and master bedroom onto the large patio, from where you have a 180° view of the Indian Ocean. The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with a gas stove, Dolche Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
4 Frinton on Sea is located on the Promenade, from which you have direct access to the beach. The beautiful 2.5km long Prominade allows for breath taking sights along the Ballito beach front. Dolphins are common on this stretch of the North Coast shoreline, hence the nickname Dolphin Coast. Within 5 minutes’ walk or a few minutes’ drive from a variety of fabulous restaurants and only 15 minutes’ drive from King Shaka International Airport.
The complex offers secure parking and a swimming pool.
Please note:
*** A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. During peak season, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
*** Balance and breakage deposit is due 7 days before arrival.
*** Tenants will be held responsible for any damages, breakages or losses to the unit. You are responsible to check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately. The security deposit will only be refunded 7 days after departure.
*** Keys will not be handed out if the booking is paid in full.
*** No end-of-year bookings for matriculates are allowed. Keys will not be handed to matriculates who have had bookings done by parents.
*** The apartment will be serviced free of charge during week days. Services on weekends and public holidays are at an additional charge to the tenant.
*** Extra linen, for whatever reason, will be at an additional charge for the tenant.
*** No pets are allowed in the apartment.
*** No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
*** No burning of candles and/or incense is allowed in the apartment.
*** Due to severe water restrictions, all tenants will be required to comply to the allocated daily usage for the unit. Failure to comply with this restriction will lead to hefty fines to the owner and thus applies to tenants.
*** Please check the description of the apartment before your arrival. If the apartment is not equipped with a certain appliance or service, it will not be supplied for the convenience of the tenants.
*** Faulty appliances and services (DSTV/Wi-Fi) will be attended to a.s.a.p. but no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard.
*** The maximum number of people allowed is 7 (6 adults and 1 child). No extra blow-up mattresses are allowed in the apartment.
*** We take no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.
