The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with a lift.
The open plan unit has a specious veranda for dining on those cool summer evenings, a comfortable lounge which includes basic DSTV, fans throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine. The main ensuite has a queen bed, the second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub with an overhead shower. There is plenty of outdoor parking, and drying yard in this secure complex with electronic gates.
Situated 600m from one of Ballito’s favourite surfing spots and the popular Willards bathing beach (with lifeguards), 900m from Boulders fishing spot, 1km from Thompsons Bay, 14km from King Shaka International Airport, 30km from Umhlanga and 49km north of Durban and uShaka Sea World.
Fun things to do - Ballito:
Ballito is a buzzing little town with plenty of happenings, spa’s, art galleries, Virgin Active, squash, fishing, golf, horse riding, trails, boat slip-way and two major modern shopping centers with plenty of popular restaurants and bars.
- Adrenalin: Go for a helicopter flip, a microlight flight, scuba diving, surfing or a zip-line tour.
- Nature: Visit the animal farm, Ndlondlo Reptile Park or Crocodile Creek.
- Entertainment: Restaurants and Pubs, The Great Railroad Brewing Company and the Pumpkin Theatre Club.
- The Ocean: Ballito Boardwalk is a fantastic walk along the shore, all the way to Salt Rock for the enthusiastic with spectacular views and plenty of tidal pools and hole in the wall. This is not called the dolphin coast for no reason - there are a resident pod of approximately 200 who can be spotted playing in the shallow water all year round and let’s not forget the whales.
