Perfect place to relax at the beach!
Ideally situated 50 metres from beach for leisure travellers and business travellers. Varied accommodation options just 50 metres from the beach - from our fully equipped self-catering flats, to private air-conditioned rooms as well as our budget communal backpacker cabins - all set in a lovely tropical garden with a communal swimming pool and the popular Heidi's Cafe on the premises above the swimming pool.
The majority of our rooms come fully equipped with kitchens, air-conditioning, DSTV (all Channels, but bring own DSTV and smart card) and sea views.
We have a wonderful little cafe with exceptionally priced meals just above our outdoor pool with multiple barbecues. We have a pool table and a small convenience bar. There is also a surf/curio shop right next to the backpackers communal lounge.
Please note:
* Strictly no check-in after 22h00 as reception closes at 10pm. We will not be held responsible or refund for arrivals after 22h00.
* Check out: 09h00 (Failure to check out after 9h00 will result in an extra night charge).
* ID/Passport required when checking in, keys will not be handed over without proper identification.
* A breakage and disturbance deposit is payable in cash on arrival. This will be refunded via EFT within 3-5 working days, provided all our terms & conditions have been met and room/apartment is left in good order.
* Ansteys has a strict no smoking policy in all flats and communal living areas. Do not discard cigarette butts in pot plants or in the garden/parking area, please use the ashtrays provided.
* Condition of Entry/Residence: I/We hereby agree that I/We enter the premises including the parking, garden, pool and other areas at my/our own risk and that it is a condition of my/our occupation of the premises that I/we specifically agree and accept that the company and/or each and any of its respective subsidiary and associated companies, and their respective members, employees, contractors, agents or representatives (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as the "company") shall not be responsible for any accident or bodily injury to any person or loss of or damage to property brought by me/us upon the premises regardless of whether such injury, loss or damage results from the negligence of the company or from any other cause whatsoever. I/We indemnify (where more than one person, jointly and severally) the company against any claim by any person accompanying me, including especially any minor or disabled person in connection with his/her occupation of or his/her presence or the presence of his/her property on or about the premises, including specifically without being limited thereto, any claims arising from injury to such person and/or loss of or damage to his/her property as aforementioned and from any cause whatsoever.
