Situated between the beautiful Magaliesburg and Witwatersrand Mountain ranges in the sleepy hollow of Buffelsfontein, lies Stone Meadows Country Estate, accessible yet remaining pleasantly isolated from the hustle and bustle of town and city life. Ideal for relaxing, restoring depleted batteries and breathing in some good, healthy and unpolluted country air.
Whether for a weekend break or longer term use as a base whilst exploring the areas other delights, we have comfortably furnished cottages in a tranquil, serene environment, which you will find a comfortable home away from home.
The prolific bird life, as well as small game including bush pig, buck, baboon, monkey, jackal, leguaan, cerval and leopard have all been sighted locally and make watching or walking a pleasurable and exciting experience, perfectly completed by a song of birds from early morning to sun downing calls of crickets and frogs.
A family friendly venue where relaxing, fishing, swimming, bird watching and walks await you.
