Seaview Manor is a luxurious Bed and Breakfast situated at the centre of the little Eden-like suburbs of La Lucia and Umhlanga Rocks. Seaview Manor is a haven of privacy and tranquillity and is an ideal getaway for the seasonal traveller and business man alike. Each room enjoys spectacular views of the Ocean from the comfort of your own bed or on the patio overlooking the sparkling pool and valley below. As we are a small B&B with a total of 4 luxury rooms, we are able to offer our guests outstanding personal service and commitment. Each room has extra-length queen sized beds, DSTV, wireless internet, bath and shower en-suite, air-conditioning and lots of little added extras. We are not a self-catering establishment but each room does have tea and coffee facilities and we provide you with a delicious breakfast in the morning. We are in close proximity to all the major shopping malls and a 5 minute drive to the beach.

We offer fiber internet to ensure uninterrupted and faster wifi services.

Please note:
* We regret no children under the age of 14.
* For your benefit and ours, please ensure that the entrance gate has closed after entering and departing the property.
* Check in: 14h00 – 19h00, check out: 11h00 unless prior arrangement has been made.
* When making your travel arrangements it is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on the correct day and time. Late check-in and late departures will be charged at a rate per hour and only with prior arrangements.
* Delayed departures must be arranged with the prior approval of management beforehand to ensure availability.
* It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance.
* Breakfast is served from 07h00 – 09h00 on weekdays and 08h00 – 10h00 on weekends.
* Seaview Manor is not a pet friendly environment as we have dogs, cats and birds on the premises.
* Please note that unregistered/non-paying guests are not allowed onto the premises.
* The facilities provided include but are not limited to: The swimming pool, braai area, downstairs garden and dining area, designated un-covered parking as well as wireless internet. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that these facilities are available to guests at all times, Seaview Manor will not be held responsible in the event that any of these facilities are not available at all times during the guests stay.
* The tiles and paving areas both internal and external are slippery when wet; therefore guests are urged to use caution when using these areas.
* Seaview Manor cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any valuables brought onto the premises by guests. Guests are reminded that they will be required to pay for all items that are broken or damaged by them in any area on the premises during their stay. Vehicles are parked at the owners own risk
* Guests may not bring any items of an inflammable and dangerous nature onto the premises.
* Guests may not bring any prohibited or illegal drugs onto the property.
* Guests are required to act in a manner that does not infringe on the tranquil use of our facilities by other guests on the premises.
*A deposit of 75% of the total amount is needed to secure a booking. Cancellations made up and to 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 30 days before arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
* Management reserves the right to change rates without notice; however rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
