1002 Bermudas is a beachfront apartment with spectacular 180-degree sea views and enjoys private direct access to the beach and the promenade. The unit is on the 10th floor of The Bermudas apartment block, with lifts.
The self-catering apartment consists of an open plan lounge and dining area and a kitchen.
There are three double bedrooms with a main ensuite and an additional bathroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps a maximum of six guests with a double bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second and third bedrooms that can be converted to king size beds on request. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with spectacular views of the sea. The sunrises are absolutely awesome. The kitchen consists of a fridge, microwave oven, under counter oven and a washing machine. Laundry facilities are available on the premises of The Bermudas block. The apartment has satellite TV (DSTV). Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout (heating and cooling). The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Secure parking is provided for your vehicle.
There is a stunning swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents. Sun loungers are also provided.
Please note:
* The maximum occupancy of persons in the unit (6 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
* Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25. This is a body corporate rule.
* To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
* A breakage deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
* Check in is after 14h00 hours and before 19h00 on the day of arrival. Check-ins after 21h00 will incur a surcharge. Check out is before 10:00 hours on the day of departure.
* This is a no smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
