The Old Butler House is 2 beautiful houses built in 1814 and 1840. The 2 old manor houses are located next to each other in the historic part of Cradock, each with its own unique history.
The 2 houses can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are 2 garden rondavels sleeping 4 guests and a garden cottage that sleeps 3 guests.
The guesthouse's 11 en-suite rooms each have a king-size bed, double bed or single beds. The rooms have coffee- and tea-making facilities, a fridge, duvets, a heater, a fan, a TV and complimentary WiFi.
Secure parking is available on site with plenty of space for trailers.
The garden is large and tree-lined with a swimming pool and braai facilities for guests to use. Breakfast can be served on request in the mornings. Light dinners are also served if booked before 13:00 on the check-in date.

What a pleasure it was for us to be welcomed at Butler House. The facility was ready, very neat and we were welcomed by RIana.
Extra duvet was provided just to make sure we are comfortable with the cold weather.
Everything was available, fridge, heater, bathroom facility and a shower as well as very comfortable beads and pillows.
Dinner was served by 6h30, and after travelling close to 800 km, what a pleasure to have a very nice dinner with drinks.
An excellent breakfast awaits us the next morning. Everything that one can think of was served. To round it of, very good coffee (my wife still talks about it) was provided.
One really feels refreshed and ready for the road ahead.
Hospitality was excellent. A place that can be highly recommended.
