Snails’ End Cottage is a fully equipped self-catering cottage, a mere 200 metres from a quiet beach with many rock pools, and a lovely path to Onrus beach. It is situated in a quiet area of Hermanus, five minutes from the centre of the village by car. The sea is visible from the bay window in the lounge (where one can relax with a good book!).
It is tastefully decorated, and accommodates two in the main bedroom plus two on a comfortable double sleeper couch in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a television, hairdryer, and barbecue patio where one can experience a "braai" and then sit around the log fire afterwards, gazing up at the starry night.
Pure cotton bed linen and down duvets are on the beds, and all towels, except for beach towels (which can be arranged), are supplied.
There are heaters for colder nights and extra quilts for the beds.
Basic pre-arrival shopping can be done by prior arrangement.
Children are welcome, as are small dogs, as long as this is pre-organised. English, Afrikaans and Dutch are spoken, and Wim and Penny hope to welcome you to a memorable stay at Snails' End.
