Eaton square is one of the older solid apartment buildings on the Green Point strip right opposite the Cape Town Stadium. The apartment has been renovated and opened up to ensure good flow throughout.

Open plan living room and modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle toaster and coffee maker. Supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The living room still has the original parquet wooden flooring with lots of character. There is a comfortable modern two seater couch and double sleeper couch for extra sleeping arrangements for children. The large flat screen TV can be watched from either the couch in the living room or from the bedroom through larger sliding doors.

The apartment features DSTV and a DVD player. In one corner, surrounded by windows, you find a round glass top dining table with four chairs.

The living room leads onto a balcony with patio furniture.

The bathroom can be accessed from the entrance hall or from the bedroom. A spa bath makes for a special occasion.

Double sliding doors from the bedroom to the living room and to the bathroom really open up the space and offers something different, whilst keeping the bedroom very private – when wanted.

A unique headboard in the bedroom completes the decor.

Please note:
– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
